Our Water Aerobics Class Meets Tuesday 's & Thursday's from 8:00 - 8:45pm.
This class is a great low impact aerobic workout perfect for pregnant women, seniors, physical therapy, or ANYONE!
This class is geared around movements that provides resistance to water to elevate the heartrate, and is also great for those who need a low impact workout. Low impact refers to the amount of pressure placed upon your joints while working out. Water removes most of the harm that could come to you during a different kind of exercise.
Water aerobics provides all the same cardiovascular bennifits as doing any other exercise without putting a strain on any of your joints. With in water aerobics you will develop flexabilty and strength in a safe way. For those that have joint pain this is a great way to workout.
