Our Water Aerobics Class Meets Wednesdays from 6:45-7:30 pm.

This class is a great low impact aerobic workout perfect for pregnant women, seniors, physical therapy, or ANYONE!

The class is geared around movements that provide resistance to water to elevate the heartrate.  Taught by a range of instructors to add an element of diversity to each routine.

Cost is $20 per calendar month or a $5 drop in.
